Located alongside the Gellibrand River, access to the viewing platform at the base of Stevensons Falls is wheelchair and pram friendly. This accessible picnic spot is suitable for travellers of all abilities.

2. Learn-to-Surf in Anglesea


Known as the Surf Coast, there are some pretty iconic beaches dotted along the Great Ocean Road from Torquay to Lorne. If you’ve ever wanted to try surfing or sharpen your skills, Anglesea should be your go-to spot. It's a top destination for beginners and intermediate surfers. Known for its gentle waves, Anglesea's beaches can cater to surfers of all skill levels.

4. Kayak on the Anglesea River

Paddle along the river and under the bridges of Coogoorah Park, keeping an eye out for native wildlife including abundant birdlife and kangaroos often spotting along the riverbank. Whether you're paddling solo or with a group, the calm waters make it ideal for all skill levels.
